The NDIS rolled out in Victoria between 2016 to 2018 for Melbourne Metro Areas including inner and outer Eastern Melbourne, North Eastern Melbourne, and South Melbourne suburbs. Link Health and Community, Brotherhood of St Laurence and Latrobe Community Health Service are the NDIS partners in Melb Metro Areas that will help with your funding and connect you to supports, services and local activities.
We are located in Doncaster East.
We work with clients around the north-east suburbs of Melbourne including: Doncaster, Templestowe, Lower Templestowe, Box Hill, Box Hill North, Blackburn, Park Orchards, Donvale, Warrandyte, Mitcham and Nunawading.
